Description:
A corporation can register to carry out business under a business name. A 'firm' is an unincorporate body of two (2) or more individuals and/or corporations that have entered into partnership with one another with a view to carrying on business for profit

Process:
Complete the
Business Name Search
process.
On approval of the Business Name Search, complete the
Business Registration Form (Application for Registration by a Corporation) ? Form 3
.
Complete the
Statutory Declaration Form (Form 11)
and have this Statutory Declaration notarised by an Attorney-at-Law or a Justice of the Peace.
Submit the following documents together with the requisite application fee and stamp to the Registry: (a) Approved Business Name Search Form; (b) Completed Business Registration Form (Form 3); and (c) Notarised Statutory Declaration Form (Form 11).
The Certificate will be issued by the Registry

In addition to the application fee, a stamp valued at EC$2.50 - purchased at any local post office - must also be submitted with the application.
