    The Saint Lucia Air and Seaport Authority (SLASPA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors for the Completion of Construction of the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at the Hewanorra International Airport Redevelopment Project (HIARP), in Vieux Fort. The construction of the ATCT constitutes the initial phase of this significant airport infrastructure improvement programme, which also includes improvement to the airside, terminal, and landside, with a strategic intention to elevate the aviation ecosystem and passenger experience.
