$15 per statement plus $5 for each additional copy.

Process:
Client requests a statement of results.
A payment slip is given.
Client is directed to the Accounts Department for payment.
On return to the Assessment Unit the client provides the following information: Name, Gender, Contact #, Date of Birth, Mailing Information, Statement Information
The client returns to collect a “students’ copy” after 3 working days.
Requirements:
Identification Card/Passport etc.
Letter of Authorization if request is made on behalf of another party in which case a copy of the ID of each person must be presented.
Year of Written Examination and Examining Body e.g. (CXC, June 2008)

Notes:
The student’s copy is invalid since the Assessment Unit mails the official “Statement of Results” directly to institutions/organization for which it is requested. They are not given to the client.
The Assessment Unit does NOT replace certificates. Replacement Certificate must be obtained through CXC at a cost of BDs$210.00. Forms can be collected from the Assessment Unit or supplications can be done directly at www.cxc.org
