Process:	Complete the Public Health application form. Submit the completed form together with the site plan to the Chief Environmental Officer.
Requirements:	An approved Solid Waste Management Plan, and an individual medical certification for clean bill of health must be obtained prior to applying for the Public Health certification for the event.
