CONSTRUCTION COMMENCES OCTOBER 8.
Invest Saint Lucia (ISL), in collaboration with the Ministry of Infrastructure, Ports, Transport, Physical Development, and Urban Renewal, wishes to inform the public of the road realignment in and out of Pointe Seraphine commencing October 8, 2024.
The decision followed a series of consultations held with key stakeholders and the receipt of necessary approvals to proceed with a new traffic plan for the area. This new road will be a two-way system up to the Grant Thornton building, after which it transitions into a one-way route near the Duty–Free Pointe Seraphine Complex Shopping Complex. Vehicles traversing beyond Duty-Free Pointe Seraphine (DFPS) will be redirected to follow the new route along the Seraphine Road near Vigie Playing Field, continuing onto the John Compton Highway.
The realignment will address traffic flow challenges, improve infrastructure, and create a seamless transportation network to and from Duty-Free Pointe Seraphine and the cruise port.
ISL remains committed to keeping you informed and abreast of all details regarding the new realignment and its impact on overall traffic management. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
