Notice to all port users:

Please be advised that due to a production error, the 2025 vehicle decals were issued without the required white background. To rectify this, all Port Users are required to collect a reprinted decal from our Pass Office.

Required Actions:

• Collection: Please visit the Pass Office between April 15, 2025, and April 30, 2025, to obtain your corrected vehicle decal.

• Old Decal Disposal: The previously issued decal (with a clear background) must be destroyed immediately upon receipt of the new decal (with a white background).

• Access Restriction: Failure to collect the updated decal by the deadline may result in restricted access to port facilities.
