THE ADDRESS WILL BE BROADCAST AT 8 P.M.
 Prime Minister Hon. Philip J. Pierre will deliver an important address to the nation on February 18 at 8 p.m. The Prime Pinister's address will be broadcast live on the National Television Network (NTN), channel 122, and participating radio and television stations.
