In a continued effort to promote healthier lifestyles and prevent chronic illnesses such as diabetes, the Ministry of Health, Wellness, and Elderly Affairs is pleased to announce The Sweet Life Healthy Lifestyle Program. The initiative aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles.
The program will be held on Monday, March 31 at 4 p.m. at the Ministry of Health, Wellness, and Elderly Affairs' conference room on the first floor. Participants will engage in interactive sessions focused on:
- Exercise and cooking classes - Learn simple, effective ways to stay active and prepare nutritious meals.
- Diabetes prevention and management education - Gain valuable insights on how to reduce the risk of diabetes and manage the condition effectively.
This initiative is free of charge and is open to individuals between the ages of 20 to 50. Due to limited seating, early registration is encouraged.
