The venue, located in a rustic plantation setting on the east coast of Saint Lucia, has made a name for itself over the years as the ultimate kickoff event for the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival.

The Fond d’Or Foundation is once again pleased to announce, for the 15th year, Fond d’Or Jazz 2015.

Slightly isolated from the popular main stage jazz venues in the north, Fond d'Or Nature Heritage Park is located in a rustic plantation setting on the east coast of Saint Lucia; and has made a name for itself over the last 14 years as the ultimate kick-off event for the Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival.

This year, the event will effortlessly fuse Saint Lucian folk music, Caribbean music and smooth jazz. Building on the scintillating 2013 festival with Kassav, this year’s 2015 festival will feature Carimi, a Haitian band based in the US; the internationally-renowned Zouk Machine from Guadeloupe; and will also play host to Saint Lucia’s very own Avot Sevis, the Evalucian Band and Miste en Local.

The sounds, tones and harmonies paired with a breezy tropical Atlantic setting, and the mingling of cultures and culinary delights are all the right ingredients to make your journey to Fond d’Or Jazz worthwhile!

Fond d'Or Nature Heritage Park is family friendly with a designated area that will provide a wide range of entertainment activities for children.

The kickoff event will be held on Saturday, May 2 at 3 p.m. Tickets cost EC$80; EC$100/US$40 at the door. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Children under 12 accompanied by an adult will enter the park free.

Fond d’Or Jazz is a community event produced by the Fond d’Or Foundation, a not-for-profit community development organization.
