The Government of Saint Lucia, in partnership with the CDB and the IADB, wishes to provide another Income Support Programme for workers in the informal sector who are not NIC contributors and lost their source of income due to Covid-19 from March 2020 to May 2023. The Income Support Programme also makes provisions for children under 12 who lost a parent or guardian as a result of Covid-19."
