Apply for a Saint Lucia passport
Description:
The following describe the requirements for applying for a machine readable national passport.
Due to the number of Saint Lucia passports which have been lost in the mail, the Immigration Department will no longer be accepting applications on behalf of Saint Lucians residing in the United States of America.
All applications from Saint Lucians living overseas should therefore be submitted to the nearest Saint Lucia consulate in New York, Canada, Washington, or Martinique for processing.

Replacement of passport (lost/damaged) - EC$200.00

Process:
Complete the passport application form and submit with required fees and documents to the Immigration department. Applicants must present the receipt of payment in order to collect the passport. If a person other than the applicant will be collecting the passport, the person's details must be included on the form (section 5)

NIS card for applicants 16 - 17 years old
National Identification card for applicants 18 and over
Birth certificate (Birth and Baptismal Certificate will only be accepted along with the Birth Certificate when a name does not appear on the Birth Certificate)
